Job candidates are intensively interviewed an average of 8 times before they are hired to become a member of the iProspect team.
Our employees all have college degrees — many in marketing — including several with PhDs.
Our client service people are put through an exhaustive training process known as "iProspect University" to become "iProspect Certified" before they can work on your campaign.
The client service staff receives significant and ongoing external training, including: Dale Carnegie professional development courses, marketing classes, customer service coaching and management seminars. Training on persuasive copywriting and HTML coding is also provided.
Our client service team members receive training provided through both Google and Yahoo! paid search programs, and they are required to achieve certification from both these engines prior to working on your paid search campaign.
Each client service employee must pass a series of proficiency tests before being promoted to a new role within the company.
